- Your tenants were required to pay a full month’s rent at lease signing, which is utilized to cover the cost of our leasing fee. That is the most likely reason you didn’t receive rent.
- If the move-in date is any day other than the first of the month, then the prorated amount they would owe for that month will be paid in their second month of occupancy.
- If a make-ready is being performed, most of what you’ll see to start are expenses. There is a Bills tab in your owner portal where you can see each expense and its corresponding invoice (click on a specific expense, then click on the Files tab within).
