This happens when your balance goes below the required $500/unit reserve. Over the course of the month, there may be repairs at your property or other expenses charged to you. As per your agreement, when funds are needed you have 48 hours to add them via your owner portal. Once inside your portal, you can review your Ledger tab and Bills tab to see expenses.
