During the life of our agreement, we don’t send you key copies because it’s crucial that you coordinate with us should you wish to visit the property. It protects you by ensuring that you don’t violate the terms of the lease regarding notification, and protects the tenants from that potential violation. At the end of the agreement, we’ll make sure you have access. If you are selling, we’ll make sure your real estate agent gets access.
