Utilities: Who sets up utilities or does it stay under my name?

If utilities are already on in your name at the time we start management, please keep them on as this is simply easiest. Once tenants take over, utilities will go into their name (with rare exceptions, which you will notify us about).  If utilities are not already on we will turn them on. We’ll also turn them on in between tenants.
