What are the fees I should expect to pay at lease signing?

  • 1 month’s rent equivalent for the security deposit.
  • Pet rent which is based on the score assigned through your completed PetScreening profile:
    • $40/month — FIDO Score of 4 or 5
    • $50/month — FIDO Score of 3
    • $60/month — FIDO Score of 1 or 2

    For households with multiple pets, pet rent will be based on the pet with the lowest FIDO Score as the starting rate, plus $25/month for each additional pet

  • $45.95/month mandatory Resident Benefits Package. Cost is $35/month if you provide your own renters insurance.
  • 1 month’s rent for the first month. If move-in date is not the 1st of the month, the prorated rent for that month will be paid the following month.
