- Income such as rent, utilities, etc.
- Expenses such as management fee, repairs and maintenance
- Adjustments such as owner distributions and contributions.
- Transaction Details—a line item breakdown of each and every transaction
- Original invoices can be found in the Bills section of your owner portal.
