We review market data from MLS to determine current rents in your property’s neighborhood. When rents have gone down, we’ll do everything we can to keep your current tenants in place, as it rarely pays off for you to replace them due to leasing and make-ready costs. Sometimes the market will bear a slight increase but sometimes no increase is what’s most appropriate. If you’re seeing only a small increase or none at all, you can know that this is based on market data.
