- We will make sure all needed repairs are performed. Make ready process:
- Thorough inspection to determine all needed repairs
- Line-item quote that has been reviewed by our Maintenance Manager for necessity and pricing
- Your review and approval of the quote, as well as submission of funds so that work may begin
- Scheduling of the make ready, including standard maintenance items in between tenants (see pp. 5–6 of our Landlord’s Welcome Guide)
- Completion of the make ready, which typically takes 1–2 weeks
- Quality control walkthrough by our Field Coordinator to ensure that all work was completed fully and accurately.
- This is our lease listing process:
- Professional photos are taken as soon as your home is ready to be listed (which could be right away or else after the make ready is complete, depending on condition)
- Rent is determined and your property is listed on the MLS, our website, and syndicated out to approximately 25 sites, including Zillow.
- The link is shared with you once your home is listed for rent. If you notice any updates needed, just let us know.
