Please know that we are working hard to get your property leased! There are many factors that go into it, including the state of the real estate market (sometimes the market is hot, such as during the pandemic), time of year (spring/summer are peak rental season; November & December are slowest times of year), rental price, condition and age of home, and so on. We always strive to get you the most rent possible but at the same time we keep a close eye on the market and activity at your property to assess whether price reductions, further repairs or some other adjustment is needed. We seek feedback from agents and renters who view the home in order to get further insight into what’s going on.
