Fees: How does the reserve work?

We retain $500 per unit. You deposited this into our bank account up front when you first started working with us and it should be maintained at all times. Anytime your account dips below $500, you’ll receive an email notifying you to add funds and, as per our management agreement, you have 48 hours to add them.
