The secret to our onboarding process lies in the structure: we cover every detail of your property with a fine tooth comb, and then download that info from your brain into ours. Property details, HOA rules, key transfer — if you can name it, it’s covered.
Once you give us the green light on our proposed scope of work, we execute the rest! We’ll walk through your property with an inspector, make sure you’re up to code, and dispatch vendors for any needed work to make your property tenant-ready.
Get your property rented
We’ll list your property for rent, bring ideal candidates to showings, collect and process applications for you, and get the selected tenant ready to move in!

Smart tenant management
Once tenants are chosen, we’ll also cover the small-but-stressful stuff (like organizing rent collection and attending to repairs and maintenance issues). Don’t worry — we’ll let you know anytime there’s a repair over $500 or when a lease is about to expire.
