Statement periods are from the 11th of the previous month to the 10th of the current month. If the 10th is on a weekend or holiday, then the statement start date and end dates will be adjusted to the next business days. Rents are due on the 1st with a grace period until end of day on the 3rd; we then pursue any unpaid rents so that all rents are collected by the 10th and can be distributed to our clients.
