We require inspections on a newly vacated property as well as during lease renewals to determine if the tenant is taking care of the home. We also offer optional additional inspections (interior only, exterior only, interior and exterior) and owners may sign up for those as often as they would like (e.g., monthly, quarterly, twice a year).
