# What are the fees I should expect to pay at lease signing?

- 1 month’s rent equivalent for the security deposit.
- Pet rent which is based on the score assigned through your completed PetScreening profile:
  - **$40/month** — FIDO Score of **4 or 5**
  - **$50/month** — FIDO Score of **3**
  - **$60/month** — FIDO Score of **1 or 2**

  For households with multiple pets, pet rent will be based on the pet with the lowest FIDO Score as the starting rate, plus **$25/month for each additional pet**
- $45.95/month mandatory Resident Benefits Package. Cost is $35/month if you provide your own renters insurance.
- 1 month’s rent for the first month. If move-in date is not the 1st of the month, the prorated rent for that month will be paid the following month.
