Lease Renewal: Do you check the property’s condition before renewing the tenants?

Yes, it is part of our process to have the property inspected prior to sending the tenants their renewal agreement. We use a third-party inspection company who does a thorough inspection on the interior and exterior of the home. We will review the inspection report and note any potential repairs needed and bring it to your attention.
