First, before you can get a pet you must get permission from us, as not all of the homes we manage allow pets. If your home does allow pets, you are required to fill out the pet application at PetScreening. Once completed, you’ll need to pay a pet rent plus a $100 fee on your resident portal.
- Pet rent is based on the score assigned through your completed PetScreening profile:
- $40/month — FIDO Score of 4 or 5
- $50/month — FIDO Score of 3
- $60/month — FIDO Score of 1 or 2
For households with multiple pets, pet rent will be based on the pet with the lowest FIDO Score as the starting rate, plus $25/month for each additional pet.
