# Rent Disbursements: The property is owned by multiple people—can you deposit a percentage of the rent into multiple accounts?

Yes, we can do this. Each owner who will receive a percentage of income must provide us with a completed W-9 form and ACH Authorization form (available in the [Resources](https://smarteggmgmt.com/resources/) page of our website), and let us know what percentage of income goes to each owner. We’ll take care of the rest.
