# Maintenance & Repairs: What is the maintenance process in between tenants?

- **Thorough inspection** to determine all needed repairs
- **Line-item quote** that has been reviewed by our Maintenance Manager for necessity and pricing
- **Your review and approval** of the quote, as well as submission of funds so that work may begin
- **Scheduling** of the make ready, including standard maintenance items in between tenants (see pp. 5–6 of our Landlord’s Welcome Guide)
- **Completion** of the make ready, which typically takes 1–2 weeks
- **Quality control** walkthrough by our Field Coordinator to ensure that all work was completed fully and accurately
