# Leasing: What lease term do you offer tenants?

Our standard lease term is either 12 or 24 months. If, however, the lease will start during a slow time of year, such as November or December, we will offer a lease term of, say, 16–18 months with an end date that places it back into the peak spring/summer leasing season.
