# Owner Portal: How do I log into my account to send you funds for repairs and other fees?

Please go to the [Landlord Login](https://smarteggproperties.rentvine.com/portals/owner/). Once logged in, click on the Send Funds button near the top right and fill in the form. There is a $0.50 fee per debit transaction and a 2.95% fee per credit card transaction.
